Service was very good. The perfume arrived quickly. A little frustrated with the top, because unfortunately I am one of those people whose nose picks up sandalwood as pickly. However, the heart and specially the base are gorgeous. Warm and very pleasant. It also layers very well with other perfumes in my collection. In spite of the top, I am impressed with the ingredients quality. I might consider moving to a full bottle when my travel size is depleted.

All I can say is WOW! Bois de Santal is everything I wanted Santal 33 to be. Whereas Santal 33 is sharp and pickley to my nose, Bois de Santa is pure sandalwood through-and-through with a chic, buttery, feminine-leaning edge. The cardamom, orris, cashmere and vanilla really help to smooth out the sharper qualities of sandalwood, making way for a creamy, woody experience. Absolutely divine! All of the notes listed are crystal clear and the dry down is perfection. This could easily be worn year round, but I think spring is when Bois De Santal will really shine. Finally, my search for the perfect “it-girl” fragrance is over!
