SHIPPING POLICY Last Updated: November 25, 2025

The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” “Company,” and “Brandt” refer to Brandt Supply, LLC.

1. ORDER PROCESSING (U.S. ORDERS) Most U.S. domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Pre-orders can take much longer to process depending on customs clearance and potential shipping delays, but once the inventory is received by our warehouse, preorders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (GENERAL) Risk of loss and title for the product pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, it is your exclusive responsibility to contact the carrier to file a claim. The shipping timeframe displayed at checkout is provided by the carrier and reflects the estimated transit time after the order has shipped. We cannot guarantee these estimates, as delays due to weather, volume, or carrier issues may occur. All shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier and are based on the shipping method selected and the package size and weight.

3. CANADA ORDERS Orders shipped to Canada are dispatched from our United States facility. These orders are shipped "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU). This means that any import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, HST, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. These fees are determined by Canadian customs authorities and collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping times will vary based on customs processing speeds.

4. UNITED KINGDOM ORDERS Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are fulfilled and distributed via Royal Mail by our authorized partner, C & S Aromatics Limited. Because these orders are fulfilled through our UK partner, transit times may differ from U.S. estimates. While this partnership often expedites delivery within the UK, please note that you remain responsible for ensuring compliance with any local VAT or tax requirements associated with your purchase.

5. CALCULATED SHIPPING RATES Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific shipping address and the shipping method chosen.

RETURN POLICY Last Updated: November 25, 2025

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns based on personal preference, fragrance dissatisfaction, or change of mind. We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or defective (e.g., broken glass, leaking atomizers). As outlined in our Terms of Service, Discovery Sets are Final Sale and non-refundable unless defective. You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If an item appears damaged or defective, you must email contact@brandt.store within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Claims made after 48 hours may be denied at our reasonable discretion.

2. RETURN PERIOD AND PROCESS Do not ship items back until you have received authorization from our support team. Once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days using a trackable shipping method. Products must be returned with the original shipping box, packing materials, and a copy of the shipping invoice. For U.S. and Canadian returns, items should be sent to: Brandt Supply, LLC, 611 Commerce St, Suite 2609, Nashville, TN 37203. For United Kingdom returns, please contact support for specific instructions, as you may be directed to return items to our UK partner, C & S Aromatics Limited, depending on the nature of the return. We do not accept returned items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in transit.

3. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES If your return is approved upon inspection, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you purchased with an E-Gift Card, the refund will be issued as a new E-Gift Card code emailed to the original recipient. If you purchased an item using a Discovery Set Voucher and that item arrives defective, we will issue a Store Credit (E-Gift Card) for the amount paid via voucher; we will not re-issue the original voucher code. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if your item is eligible for replacement, we will ship the replacement item free of charge (except for expedited shipping requests). Only products purchased directly through brandt.store or www.houseofbrandt.com are eligible for return under this policy. Products purchased from other retailers or outlets must be returned to that specific retailer or outlet according to their return policy.

4. RIGHT TO REFUSE We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any product that does not meet the requirements outlined above or if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that the product was not defective upon arrival.
